Shipping and Returns

Please double check address, if any changes need to be placed you must contact us before we ship your parcel. Once it is shipped we cannot accommodate any changes.

*If you order has not been shipped, we do refund excess shipping costs if you purchase at different times*

*We are not responsible for custom fees. Please check in with your county's custom policy* 

International orders:

International orders ship out once a week 

We use DHL eCommerce to ship all international orders. 

*Once your parcel departs the Sydney facility it generally takes 7-10 business days.

If the DHL portal is not updating please check with your local post office site (example: If you purchased the US copy and paste your tracking ID to USPS.com) 

 

Domestic orders:

Aus orders go out within 1 - 3 business days via Aus post 

 

 

Return Policy:

 

 

If your parcel is damaged or missing we may need up to 1-3 months to resolve the issue with the post office.

If your parcel is delayed please note that it may be held in customs.

Most items come in a box. After you wear your jewellery, please put it back in its box or in a safe place away from elements.

✨Once the parcel is received, the total refund will be issued

✨We suggest providing tracking number because if the parcel is lost in transit or taking a while, then we will not be able to issue a refund until it arrives.
